We are licensed to ship our wines to the following states:  Colorado, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Wash. D.C, New Jersey, and Virginia.  

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS. Adult 21+ Signature is Required.

Volume Limits by State:

Pennsylvania - Volume limit of 36 cases per individual per calendar year.

D.C. - Volume limit of 1 case per individual per calendar month.

Florida - No quantity limits. There are four (4) dry counties in Florida where direct wine shipments are prohibited.

Maine - Volume limit of 1 case (consisting of 9L) per shipment, and no more than 12 shipments to any one recipient address in a calendar year. 

Maryland - Volume limit of 18 cases per household per calendar year.

Massachusetts - Volume limit of 12 cases per individual per calendar year.

Minnesota - Volume limit of 2 cases per individual per calendar year.

New York -  Volume limit of up to 36 cases per individual per calendar year.

Ohio - Volume limit of 24 cases of per household address per calendar year. 

Texas – Volume limit of 36 gallons per individual per fiscal year (beginning September 1st). 

Virginia - Volume limit of 2 cases per individual per calendar year.
